I’m sharing something practical from my AI governance lecture.

Many people understand the urgency of AI governance.

But then comes the real question:
How do you explain it to your boss? Or to your clients?

What would be your credentials to know the topic?

Because urgency is not a budget line.
And every step costs money.
And every budget must be justified.

So I structured the materials in a very simple, logical sequence.

📂 File 1 – Business justification (PPT + PDF) (10 slides each)
This presentation explains why action is needed now, what risks exist if nothing is done, and what the logical next steps are.
You can adapt it to your company and use it to speak the language leadership understands: risk, cost, timing, and accountability

📂 File 2 – AI governance Implementation advice (22 slides: 11 each)
Practical guidance on how to layer AI governance on top of what you already have.

• If you work with CMMC or another security framework, it shows how to align AI governance using an audit-style verification approach.
• If you already run ISO 27001, ISO 9001, or ISO 20000-1, it explains how to integrate AI governance without rebuilding everything from scratch.

📂 File 3 – Regulatory mapping (US + global) (12 pages)
This file answers the question: What actually applies to us?
It maps the regulatory landscape so you can quickly see which AI rules touch your industry, products, services, and data types — and which ones don’t.
