Hi everyone, I'm thrilled to share a bit about my professional journey and how it has evolved over the years. My foundation is a Master's Degree in Law, with a major in Information Security – specifically, applicable law for internet services security back in 1998. At that time, my choice of specialization was considered quite unconventional and even a bit crazy. But looking at where we are today in the digital world, it turned out to be incredibly foresighted!
As a Certified ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor, Implementor, and Consultant, I specialize in integrated management systems (IMS). This role involves helping businesses streamline various ISO standards into one efficient and effective system, encompassing everything from quality and safety to information security.
My certifications and areas of expertise are extensive, including:
- TISAX Level 3 Certified Lead Auditor
- Proficiency in the ISO 27000 Series, especially ISO 27001:2022
- Expertise in ISO 27701 Privacy Data Protection, ISO 27017 & 27018 Cloud Security, ISO 29100 Privacy Protection
- Skilled in ISO 20000 IT Service Management, ISO 22301 Business Continuity
- Knowledgeable in GDPR, TISAX, SOC 2, and SOX 404 section
- Experienced in ISO 9001:2015 Quality, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental, and ISO 45001:2018 Safety
A unique aspect of my skill set is the ability to audit/implement all these certifications in a single, practical management system. With over 20 years in compliance and more than 15 years in auditing, I continuously expand my knowledge in new areas every year.
Teaching is another passion of mine. I enjoy sharing knowledge about DFMEA, PFMEA, and risk assessment in engineering and software development sectors. I'm an experienced public speaker and online educator, having organized and spoken at large-scale conferences and webinars.
When I'm not immersed in professional duties, I'm an active sports enthusiast and a healthy lifestyle advocate. I'm particularly interested in partnering with global multi-site corporations that aspire to bring all their required certifications under one IMS umbrella, especially those committed to sustainability and actively reducing their carbon footprint.
On a lighter note, I'm a proud cat owner who loves woodworking and house renovation projects. It's a journey that started with a seemingly unusual academic choice but has led me to where I am today – at the forefront of information security and compliance. Let's connect and explore how we can leverage this expertise to benefit your organization!
