Every time I speak at a conference, teach a training, or give a lecture, my goal is very simple:
I want you to leave with something practical.
Not “inspiration.” Not corporate fog in a PowerPoint-shaped bottle. Practical tools you can use immediately. Even after a short talk, I want you to apply something, improve something, question something, or at least look at your current process with fresh, slightly suspicious eyes.
So imagine what value I can bring during an on-site implementation, an on-site audit, or a full 3–5 day immersive training.
Imagining exercise… Done? Good!
That was exactly the reason I spent my entire after-work week preparing these checklists. My chickens will blame you for that.
Anyway… I created three 380-question downloadable self-review tools prepared specifically for this conference:
28 self-review questions in 7 domains

In total:
380 self-review questions across 29 domains to help you review and strengthen your company security program - or add serious practical value to your own security consulting services.
Again. On behalf of my farm animals: that is 38 pages of downloadable, highly practical checklists, prepared only for this conference. Based on real 500+ audits insight and experience.
Please do not waste that effort 🐣🐓
They will be available for download for only 24 hours, so please do not wait until your future self says, “Why didn’t I download that when I had the chance?” The future self is usually very dramatic, but sometimes correct.
Also, two of the checklists contain funny AI mistakes:
I write everything originally and authentically by hand. I love writing. I only asked AI to design the PDF and calculate the scores. I don’t like to do design or math. Well… apparently the AI cannot do even that right! I spent all my tokens trying to make it calculate the scoring table correctly. Eleven tries later: still wrong. So I gave up 😂
You can enjoy it as a small Easter egg and maybe remember your own AI frustration when it fails at the simplest possible task with the confidence of Darth Vader entering a daycare.
This is exactly why humans must stay in the loop. Even if only to add a note saying:
“Dear reader, the robot tried. The robot failed. Sorry! Please use your brain.”
Gentle reminder: After 24 hours, these checklists will be available only for registered users on my website: bobkova.online
But when you register, you can also find over 100 pages of free practical downloadable materials on why US companies must prepare for the EU AI Act, what changes are coming, and what first practical steps companies should take now. And many many more useful and practical information. I never send my web-sites posts to your email… maybe only once a year to let you know what I am alive. I don’t like spam myself, so I will not be doing that to you too.
I post almost every day on LinkedIn, and also on my website, Instagram, and YouTube - less often there, because apparently I still need to sleep, audit, teach, write, DIY woodworking projects, farm, reading and pretend I am a normal person.
Different platforms, different posts, different value. Let’s stay connected!
