Short feedback comments at the end of trainings or workshops:
Didn’t expect to enjoy a talk about ISO systems but now I’m lowkey obsessed. Thank you for making it all make sense and for the future career inspiration!
Honestly the LinkedIn tips hit hard. Already changed my headline added skills as you suggested and I got 2 views from recruiters the next day
You have a way of explaining AI risks that actually makes it click. Like, why aren’t we taught this sooner?? I always thought that it's mambo jumbo with the risk evaluation but apparently you can make the evaluation certain as a calculation
That was the first time someone connected ISO standards to real-world jobs in a way that didn’t make me wanna nap 10/10! Five star on Yelp as you said in the lecture!
I stayed after class re-reading my notes from your session. I feel like I finally get where I want to go with my career path.
I never even thought of ISO as a career option before this. And now I’m googling lead auditor certs
You really made the industrial engineering world feel way more exciting than what we see in textbooks. Respect.
Your workshop was 🔥 I went back and cleaned up my LinkedIn right after. Already feeling more confident applying now.
I liked that you didn’t sugarcoat anything, but you still made the future of engineering careers feel full of possibilities.
Loved how you made everyone feel like they could ask anything—even the “dumb” questions. That really helped me learn more.
I shared your talk with my older brother who's job hunting—he said he learned more in 15 min than in 3 months of scrolling YouTube lol. Biggest takeaway: you can be smart and have a personality 😄 Thanks for making serious topics actually fun and useful.
Feedback on 5 days auditor training
Thank you so much for your outstanding audit training! We had such a diverse team—people from completely different roles—and yet, by the end of it, everyone felt confident not only in the internal audit process but also in how to facilitate the ISO implementation as a whole.
Personally, I came in knowing nothing about information security or AI, but you broke it down in such an accessible, practical way that I left not just informed, but genuinely confident. Even more impressive, you somehow managed to inspire the entire group. I’ve never seen anything like it—people were studying before 8 AM, skipping free lunch breaks, staying after 5 PM, and still asking questions because they were so engaged and motivated. This training didn’t just teach—it energized and empowered. Thank you again!
Feedback on the regular trainings from experiences ISO Lead auditors
Elena, honestly, I’ve been in auditing for over a decade, and still, every time you run a training, I walk out with something I didn’t know or never thought about in that way. You connect the dots between standards, rules, and real-life cases so clearly—makes things finally ‘click’, even the tricky parts.
Not gonna lie, I used to dread accreditation updates and all those tiny rule changes… transfers to the new version of standards? Nightmare!! until your sessions. You somehow make it digestible and even kind of fun. It’s like watching a detective story but with ISO terms. You always bring that mix of logic, law, humor and practical sense. Love it
Been through tons of trainings, but yours hit different. You explain stuff like you’ve been on both sides—auditor and the one being audited—and that’s rare. The way you broke down those cross-framework overlaps and multi-side integration? My favorite one is how to use efficiently software tools and Microsoft - it's a game-changer! And it's how I prep for the audits and write my audit reports now
Feedback for the university-level online credit course
My personal challenge in those courses is where I don't restrict using phones but no one using them and students not missing classes or being late because they interesting but not because I have mandatory attendance. We have to learn from the modern YouTubers - they know how to keep audience attention from first seconds! I receiving a lot of positive comments from students but here that I got more or less official from the educational institution:
We’ve received a record number of positive comments from students who completed the class (...) you designed and taught. Many of them specifically asked if you could be their lecturer again next semester — which, frankly, doesn’t happen often on such a scale!
Here are just a few highlights from their feedback:
- “At first I thought this topic gonna be super dry and took it only because of the convenient time… but the way she explains it, it actually made sense. I finally feel like I know how this connects to real life and I can use it in my future career.”
- “She doesn't just teach, she talks to us, engaging in the dialogue. Felt like someone finally respected our brains, not just reading slides with a lot of text copy pasted from study books.”
- “Honestly I wasn’t even interested in this class. But ended up never skipping a session. She’s funny, real, and knows a lot. You don’t want to miss it”
- “Best online course I’ve ever taken. Felt very relevant and real. More teachers and classes like this, please.”
Given the overwhelming student response, would you be open to teaching another class next semester — or possibly taking on an additional one? We’d love to explore that opportunity with you.
